Bronwyn comes to us from Australia. She has done workshops on many topics such as Archetypes to Illuminate the Soul. She has studied with Carolyn Myss for some time and brings Carolyn’s teaching to us through her own unique experiences and perspectives. You will enjoy Bronwyn and come away with nourishment for all aspects of your being!

Directions ~ On the land at glamorum, 633206 Highway 10 which is just north of Orangeville. From the south: 401 to 410, 410 to Mayfield Road, left to Highway 10 / Hurontario. Turn right/north through Caledon Village, through Orangeville, north of the First Street exit off Hwy 10, across from the Royal used car dealership on the west side of Hwy 10, just south of the Monora Park entrance. Look for the yellow sign for “glamorum”.

Let us come together to honour our selves, our families,
our communities and our Sacred Mother Earth

The energy of the Sacred Healing Fire at Willowgreen Farm which began May 1999 was rekindled in September 2003 in a beautiful lodge at glamorum. This Sacred Healing Fire embraces all paths. Everyone is invited to share the teachings and ceremonies of the Sacred Healing Fire. Come and experience the healing power and beauty of this sacred land and water that are the container for this gift from Spirit.

Our intent for healing, peace and balance is strengthened by the power of the Sacred Healing Fire and by speaking and sharing our intent with others. Together we bring healing for our selves, others and Mother Earth.

The Opening Ceremony will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday the 19th with the lighting of the Fire. The Equinox time is 17:18 p.m. Tuesday and the Equinox celebration will be on Tuesday Closing Circle. Every day there is a morning circle at 7 a.m. and evening circle at 7:00 p.m. The Closing Ceremony begins at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday the 22nd. There will be Feasting of the Sacred Healing Fire when the Fire finishes burning at about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday night. If you can, please bring food to share.

Turn right (east) and go over the little bridge Just past the bridge on the Right side of the road is my mailbox with “Blackman” name on it (If you go to Hurontario, you have gone too far east) On the Left side of the road, opposite the mail box, is a long dirt driveway leading to my house Park anywhere.

SACRED DRUM MAKING WORKSHOP

Drums carry the heartbeat of all creation
Come and learn about this sacred healing tool
Come and make your own Sacred Healing Drum

During this workshop we will share teachings about
making and caring for the drum, the sacred responsibility of
being a drum keeper
and the healing powers of drums.

There will be an awakening ceremony for your drum
about three weeks after the making of your drum.

DATE & TIME: Saturday, August 29th, 2009 7:30 am until 3:30 pm

LOCATION: glamorum healing centre,
633206 Hwy 10 just north of Orangeville

DIRECTIONS: From the south: 401 to 410, 410 becomes Heart Lake Road, follow to King Street, turn left to Hwy 10 in Victoria, turn right on Hwy 10 through Caledon Village, through Orangeville, north of First Street exit. Turn left/west off Hwy 10, across from the Kia car dealership. There is a yellow sign ‘glamorum’ and a blue house in off the road.

WHAT TO BRING: Tobacco for honouring your drum and teacher. Any stones or crystals you want to work into the webbing. We will begin outside around a fire so dress accordingly.

The workshop cost is $120.00 for a 12”/15” drum(sizes may vary). An advance of $55.00 is requested for materials. You can pay with credit card, cash or cheque. The mailing address is, 75 First Street, Suite 402, Orangeville, ON L9W 5B6.
Please note that young children are welcome. Their drums are smaller and the cost less.

Morning snack and a light early afternoon vegetarian meal will be provided.
